“The occupancy rate of the “Verde” office complex, which was completed in April of this year, reaches as much as 92 percent, so we are sure that the further development of this project will also attract market interest,” A. Barštys said in the report.
Capitalica Asset Management announced in May that it had completed more than 65 million “Verde” construction worth EUR. This is the company’s first project in Latvia.
The complex consists of two office buildings with a total leasable area of 30,000 square meters. sq. meters. It is home to 19 Latvian and international companies, including Roche Services & Solutions, a division of the Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche.
The construction of “Verde” was financed by SEB bank, which provided a five-year loan of 60 million. euro loan.
