Sikandar Raza and captain Regis Chakabwa led Zimbabwe to victory following losing at 49/4. When both of them completed centuries, Bangladesh were devastated.

Sikandar Raza remained unbeaten on 117 runs off 127 balls with eight fours and four sixes. Chakabwa scored a quick 102 off 75 balls with 10 fours and two sixes.

Earlier, Mahmudullah and Tamim Iqbal scored half-centuries for Bangladesh, who batted first. Mahmudullah scored an unbeaten 80 off 84 balls with three fours and a six each. Tamim scored 50 runs off 45 balls including 10 fours and a six.

Despite a good batting performance, the defeat did not leave Bangladesh.

One more match remains in the ODI series. Bangladesh is trying to win the last match to save face. Earlier, Zimbabwe won the T20 series 2-1.
