Jazan Health stated that the emergency department at Baish General Hospital received a patient in his thirties who had a traffic accident, and as soon as the medical team dealt with the patient and followed up on examinations and his vital signs, it was found that he had a sharp drop in blood circulation as a result of active internal bleeding in the abdomen, due to the presence of vasospasm. The blood vessels in the abdomen, so the medical team decided to save the patient’s life and admit him to the operations department and perform an emergency surgery, in which the bowel was re-perfused by restoring and repairing the superior mesenteric artery, the inferior vena cava, and the right renal vein, in addition to the removal and restoration of the damaged part of the colon, and it was crowned with success, praise be to God.
