In Spain, more than 16 million people are over 55 years old. A generation with its own concerns and needs that deserves specialized attention that allows them to improve their quality of life. Aware of this reality, SapMAPFRE’s Digital Health platform, has developed Savia Silver, a comprehensive solution that merges digital assistance with in-person support to fully address the health and well-being needs of the senior generation and those who care regarding them.
Thus, Savia Silver makes available to users digital, in-person or home servicesrelated to the telemedicine, prevention, well-being and help with dependency. In this sense, it offers digital health services, such as chat and video consultation, that cover both general medical care and the most requested specialties. In addition, it allows access to medical reports and electronic prescriptions, without age restrictions or the need to complete a prior health questionnaire. Likewise, users will be able to have an individualized assistance plan with personalized monitoring.
Likewise, this comprehensive solution also makes it possible to benefit from a personalized training program adapted to the user’s profile, with live sessions led by trainers, a weekly plan, and a private area to track achievements and progress.
It should be noted that Savia Silver also offers a dependency aid guide that provides telephone advice on the processing and management of dependency aid by Autonomous Community. All these services will be available from November on MAPFRE’s digital health platformthrough a monthly subscription with a very competitive price.
