The next Music Festival will take place on Friday June 21, 2024. On this occasion, amateur and professional musicians will perform in the streets of Saumur. A large stage whose programming is managed by the Effervescences team will be installed at Place de la République. The City of Saumur is launching a consultation for the installation of a bar near this stage.
The purpose of this call for projects is to select a candidate for the issuance of a temporary occupation authorization for commercial use of the public domain for the operation of a bar. Occupation will be granted in return for the payment of a state fee, the amount of which takes into account the benefits of all kinds provided to the authorization holder.
The rules for the consultation and the call for applications file will be given to each candidate, only in electronic form and upon request sent by email to [email protected]
The deadline for receipt of application files is Monday April 22, 2024 at 12 p.m.
