Saudi’s first international air ambulance mission; A native woman was brought to Riyadh from Georgia Saudi’s first international air ambulance mission

Riyadh: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) brought a female patient from Georgia to Riyadh by air ambulance for expert treatment. This is the first international mission under the ‘Jeevan Raksha’ project implemented by the Red Crescent Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.

The patient was brought to Saudi Arabia in a small plane with the cooperation of the ‘Specialized Medical Evacuation Team’ of the Ministry of Health. Red Crescent has started the ‘Save Life’ project in collaboration with the Ministry of Health under the ‘Vision-2030’ plan, which includes increasing the quality of ambulance services.

The Saudi Press Agency reported that more than 200 patients have already been able to receive expert treatment through expedited treatment.
