Saudi Aramco surpasses Apple and becomes the world’s highest market capitalization company

Al-Marsad newspaper: The oil giant, “Aramco”, topped the world’s companies in market value, following it removed Apple from the lead, and its share rose to 46.2 riyals.

Aramco surpassed Apple and became the largest listed company in the world with a value of $2.464 trillion. Saudi Aramco also benefited from the high oil prices this year, trading above $100 a barrel recently.

Apple was hurt by the correction of US markets, especially technology companies.
