Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Social media activists circulated a video clip of the Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, on a goal achieved by his new club in Saudi Arabia, Al-Nasr Club, which sparked interaction.
Al-Nasr club published, in a tweet on its account on the social networking site, Twitter, the video clip of Ronaldo’s reaction, as it appears sitting training on a stationary bicycle.
Cristiano Ronaldo will not participate for the first time with the Saudi Al-Nasr team, for at least two weeks, following his club confirmed to Archyde.com, on Friday, that the Portuguese star must implement the two-match ban imposed by the English Football Association in November 2022.
Ronaldo received the punishment following he smashed the phone of an Everton fan from his hands, following his former club, Manchester United, was defeated by Everton.
The suspension means that Ronaldo will be able to appear for the first time, on January 22, when Al-Nasr club will face Al-Nasr at its home stadium, Marsool Park in Riyadh, the youth team.
