Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in the presence of a number of artists and celebrities, witnessed activities that will continue until the 10th of this December.
The second session of the Red Sea International Film Festival, according to the report of the official Saudi Press Agency, witnesses “many of the latest films, and the festival presents 131 films, including short and feature films, produced and directed by a group of emerging and distinguished talents, with the participation of 61 countries from different countries of the world.”
The festival highlights “the young talents that contribute to shaping the features of the film industry in the Kingdom through 7 feature films and 18 short films, which will be presented to experts in the international film industry,” according to the agency’s report.
The agency pointed out in its report that the festival “presents a variety of the latest and most important Arab and international productions, especially Saudi Arabia, and includes 11 programmes, including a selection of the best Arab and international cinematic, television and interactive films.”
