Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists circulated on social media, videos showing a person colliding with an official vehicle, which sparked an interaction.
And the Saudi Ministry of Interior published the video clip circulating on its official page on the Snapchat website, pointing out that the incident occurred in the Makkah region.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement: “The Holy Capital Police arrested a citizen who appeared in a video clip driving a vehicle without plates, ramming an official vehicle, fleeing from the site, and he was stopped.”
