Explaining the soft working system, the Ministry of Manpower said that under this system, employers will be able to get the services of Saudi workers under ‘hourly’ wages.

Under this system, Saudi workers can be hired in companies on a temporary and temporary basis, and workers hired under Nizam al-Umran will be counted as one-third of the “Nataqat” program, which will also benefit the employer. According to Web News, under this system, the employer will not be obliged to pay the employee leave with salary, medical insurance, rights on termination of employment, through the soft employment system or ‘Nizam-ul-ul-Maran’, the target companies. will be able to get easily which will improve their affairs.

Registration Procedure

According to the Saudi authorities, the soft program will be registered through the Ministry of Manpower’s website ‘MRN.SA’ after which it will be linked to Abshar and Social Insurance to protect the rights of employers and employees.

The Ministry of Manpower further said that under this system, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, fitness centers, entertainment places, media and marketing, law firms, technical institutions, tourism and transport sector and home delivery services can be approved.
