The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that those coming with visas from America, Britain and Schengen countries will be allowed to perform Umrah without restrictions.
The ministry explained that “those who issued immediate visas upon their arrival at a Saudi airport, among the countries eligible for electronic visas, and guests of Allah, who hold American, British and Schengen visas, can perform Umrah with ease, provided that they are used once, and that they carry an entry stamp from exporting country.
The ministry also indicated that “holders of a family visit visa and a personal visit can perform Umrah with ease by booking an appointment through the “Umrahna” application, while visiting their relatives and friends in the Kingdom, by applying on the unified national platform for visas.”
The new decisions coincide with the start of the Umrah season for the new Hijri year 1444.
