According to the report, the foreign ministers of the two countries will hold talks regarding the exchange of diplomats and other measures.

The report states that the two countries have agreed to implement the Security Cooperation Agreement signed on April 17, 2001, emphasizing respect for sovereignty and non-interference in each other’s internal affairs.

It is further stated that the two countries have also agreed on a general agreement signed on May 27, 1998, which aimed to promote relations in economic, trade, investment, technical, scientific, cultural, sports and youth affairs.
