The student from Bremerhaven was able to convince the jury of the talent show with the Elvis classic «Can’t Help Falling in Love».

Eleven-year-old Georgia Balke from Bremerhaven won the tenth season of the Sat.1 talent show “The Voice Kids”.

The singing talent from the team of Smudo and Michi Beck (both 54) from the Fantastischen Vier received the most audience votes in the final on Friday evening and cried with happiness followingwards. The student previously sang the Elvis classic “Can’t Help Falling in Love” in a white dress, diva-like, angelic, but also rocking. “It’s not just her voice, she’s made for the stage,” Beck said following the show. “In terms of feeling, she can still go a really long way.”

The eleven-year-old, who had already taken second place in RTL “Supertalent” in 2019, had actually already left because she had to be in corona quarantine while filming. However, she was subsequently voted into the final by a viewer vote. Surprisingly, there was also pop singer Nico Santos (29) in the audience.

The final broadcast was recorded shortly before it was broadcast, only the decision was broadcast live. However, the little talented singers had to sit in the audience, as they are no longer allowed to be on stage following 10 p.m. for reasons of youth protection.
