A high probability of scattered showers and thunderstorms across the island.

Weather forecasts indicate a high probability of scattered showers and thunderstorms, which could be of strong intensity, today and tomorrow. For this reason, the Civil Protection invites citizens to exercise maximum caution and to respect the warnings issued.

Do not stop near watercourses.

The expected storms could cause disruption especially in the areas most vulnerable to hydrogeological risk. Citizens are advised to avoid unnecessary travel and to pay particular attention to roads, which could be affected by flooding or landslides. It is also recommended not to stop near watercourses or in areas subject to landslides. The Civil Protection remains on alert and will constantly monitor the evolution of the situation, ready to intervene if necessary.
