Kuwait: Sarathi Kuwait organized a Leaders Meet on 28th April. The program was inaugurated by President K.R. Done by Aji. Educational and Charitable Trust of Sarathi Kuwait officials and central officials led. The newly elected members of the Central Women’s Forum and members of the Unit Management Committee took the oath of office during the day-long event.
Sarathi Kuwait’s glorious past, the importance of being proud of being a Sarathiyan, account operations practices, Sarathi Kuwait’s use of social media, team building, and vision of the officers towards Sarathi’s activities towards 2030 were discussed. A highly interactive speaker, Rupesh Ravi, who has written in several international journals, gave a good motivational message to the participants.
The leaders’ gathering was diverse, covering several key topics. Suresh K, Rajesh Sagar, Vinesh Vishwambharan, Sajeev Narayanan and Jayakumar NS presented various topics in the leadership meeting.
Trust Secretary Jitin Das coordinated the programme. Binu, Murukadas, Biju Gangadharan, Rinu Gopi, Arun Sathyan, Jayakumar NS, Biju MP, Aji Kuttappan, Manu Mohanan, Suresh Babu, Sanish Sreedharan, Sanish Sivan, Anish. Madhavan, Shibu Sukumaran Kamalkrishna, Preeti Prashant, Shiney Ranjith, Nayana Anish, Shani Ajith and Asha Anil led the way.
The leaders’ meeting provided an opportunity for members to reflect on Sarathi Kuwait’s achievements and discuss ways of working for the future. The program concluded with vote of thanks by Treasurer Dinu Kamal.
