The actress Sarah Nilesknown for its work in “Ted Lasso” (as psychologist Dr. Sharon Fieldstone), will appear in Apple’s blockbuster film about Formula 1 — which will be starred by Brad Pittwho plays a former driver who returns to racing with the fictional APXGP team.
The film, which does not yet have a name or release date, will be directed by Joseph Kosinski and features a stellar cast including Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem e Tobias Menzies. In the plot, Idris will play the role of Niles’ son and Pitt’s teammate.
Among the film’s producers are: Joseph Kosinski, Jerry Bruckheimer, Chad Oman and the pilot Lewis Hamiltonseven-time Formula 1 world champion. In charge of executive production is Penni Thowhead of the Copper agency.
A few weeks ago, Apple TV+ revealed its schedule for 2024, including new original series and seasons of renowned titles. Highlights include “The New Look”, “A Dinastia – New England Patriots” e “Constellation” (“Constellation”).
