Mumbai: BCCI has introduced the Indian cricket group for the tour of Zimbabwe beginning in July. Shubman Gill is the captain. Malayalam participant Sanju Samson has been given a spot within the group. Sanju Samson is the wicket-keeper. A 15-member group has been chosen for the five-match T20 sequence.
India will relaxation World Cup starters Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav and Mohammad Siraj and ship a younger aspect for the Zimbabwe tour. The batting line-up contains Yashaswi Jaiswal, Rituraj Gaekwad, Abhishek Sharma and Ryan Parag. Ishan Kishan didn’t get an opportunity because the second wicketkeeper, whereas Dhruv Jurel is within the group because the second wicketkeeper.
Spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chehal have been additionally rested, with Washington Sundar and Ravi Bishnoi rising as the primary spinners within the group. Josh Khan, Khalil Ahmed, Mukesh Kumar and Tushar Deshpande are the younger squad for the Zimbabwe tour.
The primary match can be performed on July 6, the second match can be performed on July 7, the third match can be performed on July 10, the fourth match can be performed on July 13 and the T20 ultimate can be performed on July 14. VVS Laxman will journey to Zimbabwe with the Indian group.
