ARTIST ]Sandra Dewi was present to give testimony in the tin management corruption case involving her husband, Harvey Moeis. During the trial, she opened up about the sources of her wealth, from luxury bags to savings which were accused of being a money laundering crime (TPPU) resulting from crimes allegedly committed by her husband in connection with the tin corruption case.

Sandra emphasized that she has had her own income from her profession as a celebrity since 2004. Sandra admitted that she has played in soap operas, films and even been a show host, advertising star and influencer on social media.

“We decide together. I have my own career, my husband has his own job. I don’t understand my husband’s job, my husband doesn’t understand my job,” said Sandra, during the trial at the Tipikor District Court, Central Jakarta, Thursday (10/10 ).

This basis was what ultimately prompted the two of them to make an agreement to separate their assets before getting married.

“There was a notary. On October 12 2016, they separated their assets before marriage. When they were searched, there was also an agreement to separate their assets,” he said.

According to Sandra Dewi, the separation of assets document signed by a notary before the marriage is strong evidence for her to refute the accusation of TPPU on personal items and assets that she owns.

He also complained that his personal account had been blocked. In fact, his children’s savings were also blocked because of the alleged TPPU. In fact, Sandra admitted that she had a lot of savings and income as a celebrity even before she married Harvey Moeis.

“Yes, that’s right, as BA (brand ambassador) CIMB Niaga I campaigned for women to have dreams. When I was single when I worked with Disney, I said women should have dreams that after marriage they had a successful career. When I got married I opened an account for my children,” he said.

He made these savings because of the many advertisements he received when his children were still in the womb. So, he thought that the income from advertising was the right of his children even though they were still in the womb at that time.

“In my stomach, children are also filming, my children have a lot of advertisements, milk, fever-reducing medicine, lotion, many of these advertisements go into Mega’s account. CIMB Niaga is 100 percent for my children. That’s right, all of them are blocked,” he continued.

On that occasion, he also revealed how he was able to obtain a series of assets that were in dispute and were confiscated by the court. For example, all the bags were confiscated. According to him, this was the result of endorsements and gifts from brands. There is also gold which he claims is from endorsements and the Sandra Dewi jewelry brand he wants to promote.

He also mentioned the car that was confiscated by the AGO. She admitted that most of the vehicles in her house were in her husband’s name. Sandra was initially asked about the ownership status of the Mini Cooper car which was reportedly a birthday present. Sandra said the car was in Harvey’s name.

“It’s in the name of Mr. Harvey. It’s a rumored birthday present, but the family still uses it (a Mini car),” he said.

Regarding the Rolls Royce car, Sandra Dewi confirmed that the car was a gift. However, he said his family also used it. Then there were the Lexus RX 300 and Toyota Velfire cars which were also confiscated. Sandra said she didn’t know there were two cars.

The prosecutor also asked about two Ferrari sports cars, namely the 468 type and the 360 ​​challenge Stradele. Regarding this, Sandra Dewi admitted that she knew that Harvey Moeis was the star of her advertisement.

“Sir, there is no sports car in front of the house. But I know that my husband is the star of a Ferrari car advertisement. I have never driven one in the parking lot of my house,” he said. (I-2)
