Polish studio Bloober Team decided to curtail sales of its games in Russia and Belarus. The corresponding statement was published in social networks.
The studio is known for such projects as The Medium, Layers of Fear, Observer And Blair Witch. The Poles’ decision will affect all platforms, but the process will take some time. The first platform to remove Bloober Team games from the catalog will be the digital store Steam.
“We believe that global collective resistance will help make a difference,” the statement said.
Note that strange initiatives come from other studios. In particular, the Polish studio Thing Trunk raised the price of your project Book of Demons for players from Russia up to 6666 rubles. And the indie team Parta Games Oy changed the price of the physics puzzle Choppa by 13,161,348.12 rubles.
