The agency indicated that “he fled to Iran and continued, in coordination with the Revolutionary Guards, to develop plans for terrorist operations inside the Kingdom of Bahrain, the most prominent of these operations targeting the Public Security Forces in the blood money area in 2014.”
And she concluded: “The convict was pursued internationally under an international arrest warrant, until he was recently arrested and handed over to the authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in response to their request.”
