To provide consumers with an easier and more comfortable service, Samsung offers the free Visual Support service, in which the brand’s technical consultants can assess with greater precision the status of televisions, washers and refrigerators without the customer having to leave home. The service is carried out with the authorization of the consumer, since, without this consent, the technical consultant cannot have access to the camera images. How to trigger Samsung Visual Support

Samsung Visual Support is an easy and simple service to request. To activate it, the customer only needs to be connected to a wi-fi network following requesting the service through Samsung’s Call Center. Afterwards, an SMS message with a link will be sent to the consumer’s smartphone or tablet, requesting authorization for the consultant to have access to the device’s camera.
