New gives access to products sold in the brand’s online store and allows experimentation of the devices, in addition to offering specialized support
With the aim of bringing consumers closer to and facilitating access to the best of technology, Samsung started selling 100% of the products in the portfolio that are sold on the official Samsung website in 19 of its Service Centers throughout Brazil. The initiative offers assisted selling* with the help of experts and access to all products and services found on Samsung Online Store.
The novelty also offers consumers the possibility to try the products and ask questions. To this end, the selected Service Centers were equipped with display tables, which allow the experimentation of the devices and give customers the chance to get to know all the technological resources offered up close, be it smartphones, notebooks, tablets, monitors, wireless headphones wire or smartwatches.
In this way, people who are interested in one or more products will be able to complete the purchase by accessing the QR Code that will take them to Shop Samsung. Once finalized, the product will arrive at the address informed by the consumer within the deadline1 stipulated by the online store.
“It is an initiative that gives consumers the chance to purchase products from the Samsung portfolio at a Service Center. In addition, the purchase is facilitated, since, when testing a product they are interested in, the consumer can make the purchase right there, choose the best payment method (credit card or PIX) and wait for delivery in the comfort of your home, having the devices and offers from Samsung’s online store at your disposal”, says Felipe Freitas, director of Ecommerce for the Mobile Devices Division at Samsung Brazil.
