This was probably one of the biggest mistakes when Samsung used a competitor Apple’s iPhone image in a promotional campaign for the Samsung Members app.
When the campaign was released, a member of the Samsung Community noticed and responded to a banner advert saying it’s an iPhone, not a Samsung phone.
Smartphone users who saw the campaign asked questions by posting comments, for example:
- Hey! Samsung Galaxy has a notch too?
- Does the person running the campaign use an iPhone? So I accidentally forgot to make that pattern out.
- Can Apple phones run Android software? lol and
- There seem to be some Samsung Electronics employees who don’t use Samsung phones, for example.
Once the campaign has been released An error has occurred, and Samsung is not calm. and posted a message that there was an error regarding the campaign image. But the campaign image has been edited.
Hello, this is Galaxy Store.
The person in charge of the campaign made a mistake in the process of editing the original design file.
However, the banner image has been modified and replaced.
Thank you for your interest in Galaxy service. We will try to provide better service.
thank you
The post clarified the crash caused by the Galaxy Store by Samsung.
