The South Korean tech giant said in a statement that the new screen offers a large viewing area designed to give players a broader range of vision and detail.
The new Samsung monitor, which bears the model name (G70NC), measures 43 inches and has a resolution of (4K), with support for (VESA Display HDR600) and (HDR10+) image technologies.
The (Odyssey Neo G7) screen features support for (Quantum Matrix) technology from Samsung, which uses (Quantum Mini LED) lights to provide, according to the company, ultra-fine and precise control over densely packed (LED) lights. As a result, “users can see blacks more clearly, and other colors with superior accuracy, even in dark gaming environments.”
In addition, Samsung said that the (Odyssey Neo G7) matte screen reduces light reflection from it, which reduces distractions during gaming sessions. She added that by using the (DisplayPort 1.4) or two (HDMI 2.1) ports, it can be connected to the latest gaming platforms.
