Samsung Latin America announces the introduction of its global self-repair program, Repara Contigo, in the Brazilian market. The initiative aims to give consumers an additional repair option, as well as more convenience for them to keep their Galaxy devices, thus reducing e-waste.

“Samsung is working to encourage users to experience the optimized performance of their Galaxy devices for as long as possible. This is another initiative in this sense, expanding access to repairs and expanding possibilities for our consumers”, says Virgilio Moreira, Senior Director of Customer Service at Samsung Latin America.
