Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is getting closer and closer to its launch, and in recent weeks we have had the opportunity to discover several previews about it: we have already taken a look at the alleged technical specifications, the possible price for the European market, but also at the colors and official cases.
The new Android smartphone from Samsung’s Fan Edition range could once again start at a price that isn’t exactly affordable, before dropping in the weeks immediately following until it reaches much more attractive figures. For now, we don’t know if the Seoul-based company is planning any launch bundles like last year’s, which saw the Galaxy S23 FE proposed alongside the Galaxy Buds FE headphones, but thanks to SmartPrix and OnLeaks we know the alleged US selling price.
According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be available in the United States with a recommended price of 649 dollars e 709 dollars for the 128 and 256 GB configurations. Although the figures may seem lower than the European ones, there is a $50 increase compared to last year (the S23 FE came out at $599): this gives further points to the rumor from a few days ago, which pointed to a more modest price increase than initially expected.
According to rumors, the smartphone will be able to count on a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Full-HD + resolution with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and an integrated fingerprint reader, and on the Exynos 2400 SoC (with a slight underclock), flanked by 8 GB of RAM and at least 128 GB of internal memory. In terms of photography, there should be a 10 MP sensor for selfies and video calls, and a triple rear camera with a 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and an 8 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The battery should be 4600 mAh, with 25W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. It should also not miss IP68 certification against water and dust, stereo speakers, Galaxy AI artificial intelligence functionality and the seven years of software updates guaranteed on the bigger siblings of the Galaxy S24 series.
