A Samsung is preparing two new launches for its cell phone portfolio. These are the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 models, which appeared in renderings recently and now have had their repairability rates released by the manufacturer. The overall grade takes into account five categories of device parts.

To begin with, the Galaxy A55 was released with a note 8,5/10 in terms of repairability, being a better value compared to its predecessor, which achieved 8.3/10. The Galaxy A35, in turn, was another model that scored higher than its predecessor, winning 8,4/10 of note, while the A34 scored 8.3/10. The score also details that newer models tend to have spare parts available for longer, in addition to having easier access to disassembly tools and cheaper parts.

Despite this, the model ended up obtaining lower scores in terms of disassembly compared to its predecessor. In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A55 should arrive with a 6.5-inch FHD+ OLED 120 Hz panel and Exynos 1480 chip and support for 25W fast charging.

Meanwhile, the A35 might be launched with a 120 Hz FHD+ screen, 6.6 in size and a 5,000 battery, also supporting 25W charging. It is speculated that it will be launched with the Exynos 1380 platform.

A release date for the models has not yet been confirmed, but rumors say it should happen soon. Finally, check out a hands-on video of the Galaxy Fit 3 bracelet and the rumored launch of the Galaxy M15.

According to the informant, both cell phones will have a structure made of metal instead of plastic, which will make them more resistant and with a premium feel like that of the Galaxy S line cell phones.

This is great news for those who only need an intermediate cell phone, as you won’t need to pay more than R$2,000 to have an improved design experience.

Furthermore, it is important to remember that the Galaxy A5X line already offers four major Android updates, surpassing several manufacturers such as Xiaomi, Motorola and Sony, which generally release only two or three significant updates for their smartphones.

A report from the GalaxyClub points out that the Galaxy A35 should have a major update to its main camera with a new 50 MP sensor with improved light capture for dark environments.

That said, the Galaxy A35 and A55 should be among the best intermediaries of 2024 if they really have metal structures with aluminum edges and maintain their specifications at the same level as the current generation.
