With launch scheduled to take place in the 2nd quarter of 2023, the Samsung Galaxy A25 appeared this Friday (17) in renderings that show the possible design of the South Korean company’s next cheap cell phone. Images shared by the MySmartPrice portal point to a look similar to the Galaxy S23 line, but with some changes.
On the front, the device displays a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U screen with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, in addition to a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. The renders confirm the presence of a teardrop-shaped notch that should house the 13 MP selfie sensor, with AI resources linked to post-processing.
The model may feature a triple camera configuration with a 50 megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) + 8 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro. Moving on to the internal hardware, the cell phone should be powered by the Exynos 1280 platform, the same chipset that powers the Galaxy M34, A33 and A53.
Informants did not disclose details regarding the device’s autonomy, but the Galaxy A25 5G is expected to sport a large battery with 5,000 mAh capacity and support for 25W fast charging. Despite focusing on the company’s most affordable segment, the model should also feature stereo speakers and dimensions of 161.0 x 76.5 x 8.3 mm.

There is still no information on price and availability, but new rumors are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
