Omdia has published the ranking of the best-selling smartphones of 2021. And in the first place is not the iPhone.
The most popular smartphone last year was the budget Samsung Galaxy A12, introduced at the end of 2020. In total, 51.8 million smartphones were sold.
The iPhone 12 came in second with 41.7 million smartphones sold, while the iPhone 13 came in third with 34.9 million.
Surprisingly, in the top ten best-selling smartphones, there are only two state employees Samsung and one Xiaomi, and all the rest are iPhones, which are several times more expensive.
