This is included in the results of this year’s labor-management council announced by Samsung Electronics in April.
The labor-management council is an organization in which employer members representing the company and worker members representing employees participate to discuss working conditions such as wages.
It is known that at the labor-management council this time, they also agreed on welfare benefits, such as allowing up to three days of added annual leave (annual leave for mandatory use) to be carried over to the next year.
