Samsung launched the Samsung Eco Troca¹ program in order to encourage the correct and sustainable disposal of household appliances and electronics, giving consumers the possibility to exchange their equipment – of any brand and in any condition – for a discount coupon for the purchase of one. new product in the official Samsung store. Now, the program gains a special video campaignwhich gives all the details on how consumers can dispose of their products quickly, easily and safely.
The two videos – a 60-length version and a shorter 30-second version – will be aired on the brand’s digital channels, in addition to on pay TV channels. Check out the full video via the link
“The new campaign focusing on the Samsung Eco Exchange program is another one of our efforts to publicize this very important initiative, which aims to reduce impacts on the environment and promote the circular economy, encouraging the exchange of electronic products in a sustainable way and ensuring more savings for consumers, who can take advantage of the discount voucher in the online store”, explains Thiago César, marketing director of the Consumer Electronics Division of Samsung Brazil.
The Samsung Eco Troca program has been active since the beginning of February 2023 and, to participate, simply access to schedule the delivery of the old product and obtain the discount voucher at the official Samsung store. In refrigerators and washing machines it is possible to get a discount of up to R$ 3,000. For air conditioners, up to R$500. As for TVs, the discount is up to R$5,000. Brazil is the pioneer country in the Samsung Eco Exchange program initiative, which will also be expanded to countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina soon.
