João Sampaio, better known as Flakes Power, led a gamer competition that attracted fans of the streamer to the last day of the brand’s experience space
Samsung closed this week the special actions at the Galaxy Experience, with a gamer competition led by Flakes Power, member of #TeamGalaxy. The space, which was an invitation for people to get to know the new Galaxy S23 5G* line and the entire Galaxy Ecosystem, attracted a crowd of admirers who waited in line for hours to take pictures with the popular Brazilian streamer.
With about eight million followers on social networks, João Sampaio, also known as Flakes Power (@FlakesPower), gained fame for his fun gameplays in video games. Battle Royale, in addition to being the first Brazilian content creator to become a character within one of the most played games of the genre in the world. Flakes was also present at the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event in San Francisco (USA), where he tested firsthand the new Galaxy S23 5G, S23+ 5G and S23 Ultra 5G.

The highlight of the event was the game competition with Flakes, which attracted many fans. The streamer put on a show for his followers, showing off his skills and interacting with the audience throughout the competition. At the event, the fastest competitor was awarded a new Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G smartphone. The second and third place of the competition were also awarded.
The competition had a limited number of participants, but due to the length of the queue that formed at the entrance to the Galaxy Experience hours before the event began, Flakes was willing to take a photo with everyone who attended after the competition closed. And so it was done: he spent about three hours serving each person in line.

“I had a great time at the Galaxy Experience and it was great to see so many people excited to be at the event. It was an honor to participate in the gaming competition and I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet each and every one of the people who came out to join in on the action,” said Flakes Power.

Installed in a space of 278.57m² in Shopping Eldorado, in São Paulo, the Galaxy Experience was a space developed by Samsung so that people could discover and experience all the novelties and innovations of the Samsung Galaxy S23 5G line, presented in Galaxy Unpacked.
Flakes Power’s presence at the Galaxy Experience was part of the schedule of events that took place throughout the month of February, which included workshops and conversations with distinguished guests, such as Abdala Brothers, Beto Estrada, Joyce Macedo and Junior Nannetti. In addition to the entire Galaxy S23 5G line, the Galaxy Experience also invited visitors to experience the benefits of the Galaxy Ecosystem by pairing an S23 5G smartphone with the Galaxy Watch5 line smartwatch and the Galaxy Buds2 Pro wireless headset.
In addition to enjoying all the experiences that the Galaxy Experience provided with the S23 5G and Galaxy Ecosystem devices, people were also able to visit a Samsung pop-up store to purchase Samsung products.
