Alternative offers more convenience to people, who will be able to pick up their new devices at a location of their choice*

Samsung has just announced the launch of its new service for retrieving products via smart lockers. The new feature allows the brand’s consumers to pick up their new devices at accredited locations* of their choice in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. For this, exclusive and completely secure access is provided via QR Code. The service also allows the consumer to choose the best time to pick up their purchase. They operate extended hours, from Sunday to Sunday.
How Samsung’s new pickup service works
The service, a partnership between Samsung and Clique Retire, is very simple to use. The user simply selects the ‘Collect’ option at the time of purchase in the Samsung online store, and selects, from the available options, the location where they wish to collect their new product. Upon completion of the purchase, the smart cabinet will be stocked within the stated deadline and the customer will receive an email with a QR Code and collection code, to make the withdrawal at their preferred time.

And this new service is a simple and efficient alternative for our consumers to receive their purchases beyond business hours and in a convenient location, with total convenience and flexibility. With this new feature, we deliver even more practicality to people’s daily lives”, says Daniel Couri, senior director of D2C at Samsung Brazil.
Products such as smartphones, headphones, tablets, smartwatches, accessories and other products measuring up to 47 centimeters deep, 39 centimeters high and 34 centimeters wide can be removed from smart lockers. The service is currently available to customers in the São Paulo metropolitan region, in various locations such as subway stations, shopping centers, retail stores, gas stations, among others. This new feature will soon reach other cities.
