Samsung announced the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Golf Edition in South Korea. It is a themed version of the new Classic model with some minor design and software changes for sports lovers.
Pre-sales started in South Korea shortly after the company introduced new products at Galaxy Unpacked in Seoul. These include the Galaxy Watch 6 line, the Galaxy Tab S9 tablets, and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 folding models.

The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Golf Edition draws inspiration from past versions of other Samsung themed releases. In functionalities, the wearable is identical to the standard model and the design changes are discreet and allow to differentiate it from the other variants.
It’s worth noting that only the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic got a sport-themed version, while the standard variant didn’t get one. The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Golf Edition has a green ring around the rotating bezel and the same shade on the action button. The bracelets are available in black and green.
The themed wearable comes pre-installed with the Smart Caddie application, which integrates several functionalities to manage golf matches. It is worth mentioning that it requires a subscription with a monthly cost of US$ 6.99.
price and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Golf Edition is only available in South Korea and costs ₩436,620, something around R$1,615 in direct conversion, without considering taxes. The South Korean has not confirmed the availability of the version globally, but if it follows the tradition of previous models, it will arrive in other countries soon.
