The complaint was filed at approximately 2:30 a.m. on December 8 at the family office of the San Isidro police station.
Samantha Batallanos stated that on December 7 at 2:00 p.m. she was physically and psychologically attacked by Jonathan Maicelo, outside the Maicelo Restobar restaurant.
“In circumstances when the complainant was getting into the taxi to go to work, he grabbed her arm, struggled with her and put her in the taxi. After that, inside the vehicle, he grabbed her by her hair until he took her to the ground and without letting her go, he hit her multiple times all over her body and punched her in the corner of her right eye. Likewise, he indicates that he attacked her with off-color and offensive words,” he added.
