Sam Breton recently paid a poignant tribute to a friend at the end of her life in a deeply moving way.

Although he did not host his podcast With his Sam for more than a year, it has made a remarkable exception to welcome Melanie Lachancea friend at the end of her life, who had expressed a specific desire to be invited to her show.
The famous investigating judge of the show Masked Singers thus made the young woman’s wish come true by recording a new episode documenting their conversation, which spanned a remarkable four hours.

In a publication on Instagram, Breton shared the request, probably very moving for him, and paid a vibrant tribute to his friend through a touching message, explaining the motivations behind this episode. He is convinced that the recording “will serve as a legacy to his loved ones and which will resonate strongly in the hearts of each and everyone.”

“Although it’s been over a year since I last recorded a sposscass, I never officially ended this project.
Subconsciously, I told myself that at any moment I might sporadically record an episode and that’s exactly what’s been happening lately.
I have a friend who is at the end of her life and who asked me to make her own With Son Sam. A request which deeply touched, upset and moved me.
Nearly 4 hours of chatting with Mélanie Lachance. A discussion which will serve as a legacy to those close to him and which will resonate strongly in the hearts of everyone, I am convinced.
Mél, thank you for this great privilege of giving me this moment. Thank you for sharing this which made me go through the full range of emotions, before, during and following the recording.
I will miss you, your anecdotes, your thoughts, your words and your larger-than-life heart. It is with a mixture of pain and gratitude that I salute your strength and your candid way of telling me regarding your life. Your life is too short.
