From the end of July to the beginning of August 2024, the Institut Pasteur and the French Public Health Service identified a cluster of salmonellosis cases (72 cases) with similar characteristics. Most of these cases present mild forms.

Symptoms and what to do
Foodborne illness caused by Salmonella causes sudden onset of gastrointestinal illness (diarrhea, vomiting), often accompanied by fever and headache, usually within 6 to 72 hours of eating contaminated products. These symptoms may be more pronounced in young children, pregnant women, immunocompromised people, and the elderly.
Anyone who has consumed this product and experienced these symptoms is asked to consult a physician and report their consumption. If you do not experience any symptoms within 7 days after consuming the affected product, there is no need to worry and consult your doctor.
