JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Salma Salsabil was named the champion of Indonesian Idol 2023 in the Result & Reunion Indonesian Idol 2023 or season XII, Monday (22/5/2023).
Salma outperformed her competitor, Nabila Taqiyyah.
Both Salma and Nabila have given slick and consistent performances throughout Indonesian Idol 2023.
At the Result & Reunion Indonesian Idol 2023, Nabila and Salma also succeeded in making the judges satisfied with their neat appearance.

However, only one person has the right to be the winner of Indonesian Idol 2023.
To note, Nabila performed solo with a song titled “Here’s Your Perfect” by Jamie Miller.
Meanwhile, Salma performed energetically with the song “Just The Way You Are” which was popularized by Bruno Mars.

Boy William, who acted as the host, immediately announced the winner.
“Who will be the winner of Indonesian Idol season XII?” shouted Boy William.
“The winner is Salma. Congratulations to Salma,” added Boy William.
Salma also became the new champion of Indonesian Idol season XII.
“And congrats Nabila for being the runner up,” said Boy William.
