The Salesforce Summit Casablanca, held on November 14, 2023, marked an important step in the discussion regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the technological landscape in Morocco. Hosted at the Hyatt Regency, this event brought together an engaged community of more than 250 businesses, executives, professionals and technology enthusiasts. They gathered around a constructive dialogue on the theme of “Trust AI, Data and CRM”, thus highlighting the values of integrity and innovation in the use of AI.
The highlight of the summit was the opening keynote introduced by Samir Naciri, SVP & GM Professional Services Eastern and Southern EMEA. He gave a thoughtful perspective on how AI can shape the future of business practices, emphasizing the importance of trust and deep understanding of these advanced tools to catalyze economic development and operational efficiency.
In the same spirit, Omar Oualif, Sales Director, African Growth Markets, took the floor to deepen the subject and share on the importance of trust in AI, in relation to data management and customer interactions.
