In 2021, the Korean manufacturer signed the best year in its history on the French market, with 45,241 registered units.

Last year, Hyundai registered in France 45,241 vehicles, making 2021 the best year in its history in the national market. This represents an increase of 30.8% compared to 2020, but also an increase of 13.2% compared to 2019, the year of the brand’s previous record with 39,970 registrations on the French market.

The Korean automaker also broke its own passenger car market share record, with 2.7% market share, an increase of 0.6% compared to 2020. In 2021, Hyundai was ranked seventh among generalist manufacturers, and third among imported generalists. Hyundai: ahead of electrification
