A news report said today, Monday, that Salem Al-Dosari, captain of the first football team at Al-Hilal Saudi Club, will undergo fitness tests today.
The Saudi Al-Riyadiya newspaper explained that private sources revealed to it that the tests will determine the extent of the possibility of Al-Dosari participating with Al-Hilal in the upcoming match against its host Nafbakhor of Uzbekistan tomorrow, Tuesday, in the AFC Champions League competitions.
Saudi international Salem Al-Dosari left with the team delegation to Uzbekistan yesterday, Sunday, in preparation for the match, after recovering from a joint and knee injury.
The same sources explained that it is likely that Saudi defender Hassan Timbukti will be absent from Al Hilal’s ranks in the scheduled match against Al-Nasr next Friday in the Saudi League competitions due to an injury to the posterior leg muscle, which prevented him from traveling with the team’s delegation to Uzbekistan.
