The management of Abha Club confirmed that it does not object to selling the remainder of the contract of the team player, Saleh Al-Omari, to Al-Ittihad Club, provided that a good offer is obtained that benefits the club, as there is one season remaining in the player’s contract.

Sources indicated that the 29-year-old player has the desire to join the ranks of the federation and play in the World Club World Cup by the end of this year, according to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat.

Al-Ittihad Club made an initial offer to Abha Club to obtain Al-Omari’s services, and it was rejected. Due to the weak financial return of Abha Club, which is not commensurate with the player’s technical and market value, in addition to the fact that the coach of Abha Club wants the player to stay.

Sources indicated that Al-Ittihad Club will present its second offer, which may include loaning one of the players, in addition to a good amount of money, and it is expected that the negotiations will be resolved, during the next few days, whether by accepting or rejecting the offer.
