Sale / Good deal – The Lenovo Legion 5 Pro (16IAH7H) 16 GB / 512 GB “4 stars” laptop at € 1,899.99 (-11%)

Lenovo has just adjusted its laptop gaming Legion 5 Pro while maintaining perfectly balanced components: an Intel Core i7 processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card to display games smoothly on its screen at 165 Hz. The perfect combo!

Once once more, Lenovo offers a portable PC gaming with a particularly well-balanced configuration. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti are particularly well exploited without falling into one-upmanship. Only downside, a little weak autonomy, usual on this type of laptop and which we will therefore easily forgive.

Points forts

  • Responsive and well-calibrated screen.
  • Rich connectivity.
  • Performance du couple CPU/GPU.
  • Scalability.

Weak points

  • Autonomy.
  • Optimus Advanced feature latency.

NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude prices from shops whose the VAT policy is not clear (known as “grey” shops, typically in the case of imports from China).

An alternative

Apple strikes once once more very hard with a MacBook Pro 14 that does not suffer from any defect. The only menu criticisms that will be made to it are of an aesthetic nature, in particular its notch or the color of the keyboard. In terms of performance, Apple has a perfect command of its processor and knows how to guide developers so that their software takes full advantage of it. We appreciate the return of a provided connector, but we would have liked the manufacturer to go to the end of its approach by offering an HDMI 2.1 port and an SD UHS-III port, as long as it takes. And what regarding the proposed autonomy… impressive.
