While only 15% of recruiting companies would take care to indicate a salary range in the job offers they publish, according to Moovijob,
the Remuneration Study
of Hays carries out a transparency exercise. The 2021 edition, the seventh offered by this provider specializing in recruitment, was carried out during the Covid pandemic.
“Compared to previous editions, the study does not reveal any significant upheaval”, indicates however

, country manager of Hays Luxembourg. “Luxembourg being above all an important financial center, it is the finance professions that offer the highest levels of remuneration. Directly associated with the needs of the financial sector, in a society where digital plays an increasingly important role, IT jobs guarantee attractive salary prospects.”
The salary ranges shown below show the common salaries for an employee with, on the one hand, three to five years of experience and, on the other, for an employee with more than eight years of experience.
