The semiconductor industry is super paid! The Taiwan Stock Exchange today announced the salary statistics of non-supervisory employees of listed companies. The top three are all organized by the semiconductor industry, and MediaTek employees have the best “salary” status, with an annual average salary of 5.15 million yuan. Ranked first.

The stock exchange announced today (30) the salary information of full-time employees who are not in supervisory positions declared by domestic listed companies in 2021, including the number of employees, total salary, average and median salary, and the information excludes managers and some working hours personnel, etc., in order to focus on the salary level of general regular employees.

Regardless of the average and median salary, the top three are MediaTek, Novatek, and Jinghaoke in the semiconductor industry. In terms of average salary, MediaTek ranks first with an average salary of 5.15 million yuan per person, but the median salary is only 3.992 million yuan and ranks third.

The average salary of Novatek is 4.994 million yuan and the median is 4.018 million yuan, ranking second.

Jinghaoke ranked third in the average salary of 4.509 million yuan, but the median salary was 4.333 million yuan, surpassing MediaTek and Novatek, and won the championship.

In addition, the average salary of Huguo Shenshan TSMC employees is 2.425 million yuan (ranked 17th), and the median employee salary is 1.851 million yuan (ranked 22nd).

Among the top 25, almost more than half are arranged by the semiconductor industry. It is worth noting that the three container companies, Evergreen, Yangming, and Wanhai, benefited from the peak of the overall industry last year, and all squeezed into the top 20. Evergreen, Yang Ming is in the top 10.
