The Minister of Economy and Trade, Amin Salam, condemned in a tweet, “in the strongest terms, the cowardly terrorist act that targeted Istanbul, which resulted in innocent victims and injuries.”
Minister Salam offered his deepest condolences from President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish people, asking God for mercy for the victims and a speedy recovery for the wounded from this painful affliction. He affirmed the solidarity of the people of Lebanon, saying: “We are with you and we will always be.”
