Egyptian star Mohamed Salah led the Liverpool team to a difficult victory over its Alex Reed Manchester City 1-0, during the match that brought them together, in the eleventh round of the English Premier League.
This round also saw Arsenal beat Leeds United 1-0, Chelsea beat Aston Villa 2-0, Manchester United drew 0-0 with Newcastle United, and Southampton drew 1-1 with West Ham.
Mohamed Salah scored the game’s only goal in the 76th minute to give his team three points it needed most, and Liverpool raised its score to 13 points in eighth place, and Manchester City’s balance stopped at 23 points in second place.
This is Liverpool’s third victory in the league this season, compared to losing two games, and drawing in four, and in turn, this has become the first loss for Manchester City in the league this season, compared to winning seven games, drawing in two games.
In the second match, Arsenal strengthened its lead in the league, by defeating its host Leeds United 1-0, and Arsenal owes the victory to Bukayo Saka, who scored the only goal of the match in the 35th minute, and Arsenal raised its score to 27 points at the top of the standings, and Leeds’ balance stopped
United with nine points in fifteenth place.
In the third match, Chelsea beat Aston Villa 2-0, and Chelsea owes this victory to Mason Mount, who scored the two goals in the sixth and 65th minutes, and Chelsea raised its score to 19 points in fourth place, and Aston Villa’s balance stopped at nine points in Sixteenth place.
In the fourth match, Manchester United tied with Newcastle United 0-0,
Manchester United raised its score to 16 points in fifth place, while Newcastle raised its score to 15 points in sixth place.
