For the 41st time, this Sunday from 11 a.m., the Saint-Achaire farm is organizing its country party on its site on rue de Rolleghem. On the menu: its aperitif, its meal and its concerts.
“It’s a moment of gathering, an end-of-summer meeting on our farm, which is an open place, where you can come freely. It’s also a message to our 14 residents, to show that we don’t don’t stay locked up there and it’s an opportunity to highlight this population, underlines Étienne Dispa of the ASBL Terre Nouvelle behind the structure. This Sunday, we take the same ingredients and start once more! There will be our traditional braised ham at noon – always with a possible vegetarian alternative – as well as sausage rolls later in the followingnoon. There will also be the concerts of the “Bandaluk” and the Mabouls Kiès around 3 p.m. as well as the magic offered by La Ruche and a bouncy castle.
During the interview, we also saw a nice gift basket. “It will be put into play on the occasion of a Lotto, on the day of the feast.”
Our interlocutor as well as three driving forces of the place further specify that, to ensure a successful day, “we can count on outside help like Estrella, the Food Bank, the scouts… to lend a hand and to get loans, we think of glasses for example. We must also emphasize the good collaboration with the City which is at home and with whom it goes well”.
