TWO Indonesian men’s doubles advanced to both Korea Masters 2024. They are, Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Moh Reza Pahlevi Isfahani and Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Daniel Marthin.
Competing at Iksan Gymnasium, South Korea, Tuesday (5/11) Sabar/Reza won over the Taiwanese pair, Chen Zhi Ray/Lin Yu Chieh with a final score of 21-18, 10-21, 21-19.
Meanwhile, the Daniel/Fikri pair managed to beat the Malaysian pair, Kang Khai Xing/Aaron Tai with a score of 22-20 and 21-17.

“First, thank God, the match went smoothly and we won,” said Fikri in his statement, Tuesday (5/11).
“The game was quite tough, the opponent played very well but we were still able to control the match,” he added.
Fikri praised the game of the opponent who according to him played quite smart and safe
“As junior world champions, they played very well, safely and quite smartly. They have the potential to become very good men’s doubles players in the future,” he said. (Z-6)
